NeoRain is a Matrix rain live wallpaper for Android. The app transforms your home screen with cascading animated characters inspired by the Matrix films.
NeoRain does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app operates entirely on your device and has no internet communication capabilities.
NeoRain requests the SET_WALLPAPER permission solely to allow you to set the Matrix rain animation as your live wallpaper. This permission is used only when you explicitly choose to set the wallpaper and grants access to no personal data.
NeoRain does not use any third-party services, analytics, advertising networks, or crash reporting tools.
NeoRain does not collect any personally identifiable information from anyone, including children under 13.
